We use tools that allow us to fully exploit the potential of the changes we propose. We optimised the cost of implementation to PLN 100 net per hour. The budget range for previous projects varies from 2 thousand PLN to 10 thousand PLN. The cost of software is calculated on the basis of the number of users who actively participate in the process, i.e. process a request/task. Depending on whether it is an annual or monthly subscription, it ranges from 18 USD/month to 22 USD/month per user.
